Tea in the Harem (French: Le Thé au harem d\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'Archimède) was a book written by Mehdi Charef, first published in 1983. In 1985 Charef also directed the film adaptation of the book. It was screened in the Un Certain Regard section at the 1985 Cannes Film Festival.
